Reasonable price, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great breakfast! Coffee 24/7! And smoking rooms available. It's a 5 star by me.

I had several points to be used but never could get access, I had call a made my reservation and once again not having any luck. But once we arrived Brook at the front desk fixed all my problems. She was so helpful and very respectful. The room was great bed was comfy. Enjoyed our stay here

I appreciate this Hotel not only for the spacious rooms. They have a laundry room, swimming pool, good cardio room and Breakfast in the morning. The service provided was so genuine and reliable. I stayed during the 4th of July weekend so they were busier than expected. There was construction taking place in the dining room, so our breakfast was in the hallway. Yet the service and my time there was perfect. Nicely cleaned room, clean bedding, no bugs anywhere, my room smelled good and the air conditioner they have for each room is perfect. For such a great price for my family’s comfort. I couldn’t be bothered writing about my stay, i hope this hotel stays open for while and staff are being well taken care of. I’m happy i stay here for the weekend.

Overall it was a good room for one night. We only had conditioner and lotion in the room not shampoo or a bar of soap. There is only one outlet by the bed and it's behind the bed. We have long cords so we're able to have phones semi close to bed. But very clean. Bed is pretty firm. Didn't get pictures before we used room.

The staff were very accommodating. Very friendly. The other occupants were sometimes loud but it wasn't unbearable. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I stayed at this hotel and was really impressed — the rooms and facilities are great for the price. During my stay, I accidentally lost my car keys, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. They were incredibly kind and even took the extra step of dropping the keys off at the rental company for me. Truly outstanding service — the best hotel with the best people! Highly recommended!

Staff was really nice. The room was clean but missing a lot of items. No waste cans, ice bucket and limited shampoo and soap. The smoke detector was disconnected and hanging out of the wall. The side exterior entry door wasn't working so you had to walk all the way around the building to get in. Not safe after dark to have to walk around the building.

Very convenient given I was close to the monument hospital were I was tending to a family member.The rates were very fair considering it was a last min decision In need of somewhere with out setting up my stay in advance. But the outstanding friendly and accommodating service I received by Daniel/Danny was above and beyond and just the positive attitude and overall homie vibe was just the kind of pick me up i needed in my current situation that I was unable to shake untill arrival. I was greeted with a professional and respectful but family oriented conversation as if running into a loved relative whom uve not seen in far too long caught me off guard but in a pleasant and much needed manner ive stayed at many different establishments and have to say that genuine people like her are few and far between she was a very kind hearted relatable and sad to say rare person especially in the hospitality industry we had a great conversations over my two night stay and was a much appreciated sympathetic ear to my situation at the same time as not to dwell on it making my stay one of the top 10 places ive been to based on interactions such as that alone and I consider myself pretty well traveled people like her make what should of been a far more gloomy experience a treasured memory and a lesson to one self as to not take situation out of your control so negatively she was very attentive to any request I had and I just don't have enough good to say about the professionalism she exudes and am greatful for the reminder i had forgotten existed in the hospitality industry so im writing this in hopes that she knows how greatly appreciated she was and i hope her management sees what a solid employee they have and she is well taken care of without people such as herself its usually the make or break deciding factor for a repeat customer and if im ever in the vicinity again I will definitely be staying there thanks for hearing my two cents and I hope this is helpful for a fellow traveler undecided on where to go.
